Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business intelligence, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and strengthening Aspyr’s global sales presence across digital and physical channels. This role owns account relationships with platform and retail partners, develops and executes sales strategies, and ensures Aspyr’s catalog of 100+ SKUs is consistently represented, promoted, and delivered at the highest standard.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategy across our portfolio of over 100 SKUs
  • Deliver project specific sales and SKU plans for project Greenlights
  • Administer and manage store fronts for all console, PC, and mobile storefronts including: Steam, Nintendo, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic Games Store, GOG, and other related sales portals
  • Utilize internal data tools to report on sales performance KPIs such as promotion performance, unit sales, and royalty reporting
  • Primary liaison for gaming storefronts such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Apple, and Google
  • Coordinate with different teams and internal stakeholders to deliver retail boxes, collector editions, promotions and and other sales related activities
  • Build and maintain a promotional calendar for sales activities across all distribution partners including 1st party platforms, 3rd party distributors, and physical retailers
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor performance, and new sales opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within the Games industry or comparable industry
  • Experience with creating and implementing a sales plan across an entire portfolio of products and SKUs that covers the end to end product lifecycle
  • Organizational experience with coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with administering SKU creation and promotions on Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Apple, and Google Play video game portals
  • Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and deliver measurable sales growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
